As the SVP of Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for defining and implementing RATP Dev USA’s Quality and Continuous Improvement programs across the organization. This position will require assessing the current processes and developing the plan to institutionalize a quality and continuous improvement culture across the organization. This will require strong change management and facilitation skills to engage all levels of the organization to develop the necessary cultural shift to dramatically improve the business. SVP of Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement will provide leadership, vision, coordination, and support to transformation by driving and sustaining focused improvements in cost, core business processes (e.g., on-time performance, maintenance processes, efficient route mapping, etc.), utilizing the appropriate techniques (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), and integrating into our day-to-day business processes and metrics.

• Develop organization and initiative-specific roadmap for Continuous Improvement, supporting RATP Dev USA strategic initiatives
• Support and execute tactical initiatives in partnership with regional & local leaders to improve customer satisfaction and internal performance
• Participate in senior leadership decision-making and leading enterprise-wide problem-solving strategies as needed
• Facilitate CI projects, cost reductions, and process performance improvements
• Maintain CI implementation schedules for assigned projects, progress updates as required, providing documentation that demonstrates the link between CI implementation and operational improvements
• Participate in and lead cross-functional teams aimed at the resolution of business process concerns and deployment of process re-engineering and control plans
• Accountable for tracking all CI Projects and reporting progress to Field and Functional leadership
• Support and roll out corporate continuous improvement initiatives as required
• Train and mentor, all functional process owners in the concepts of continuous improvement and various tools.
• Consult and advise leadership on process and performance improvement opportunities that will foster growth, improved customer satisfaction, and operational efficiencies.
• Facilitate value stream mapping of key processes to define current state and develop plans to execute to future Conduct advanced data analysis for process mapping as needed
• Develop standardized training and tools to be used across the organization to ensure consistent application of continuous improvement activities.
• Oversees the maintenance division and ensures compliance of all contractual client quality audits and state inspections.

• 10+ years' experience leading CI initiatives leveraging various methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
• Extensive training and application of Six Sigma, Lean, and other industry standard tools + Familiarity with the development and implementation of automation technology tools (RPA and related automation technologies)
• An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation and mentoring skills
• Team management experience in senior managerial positions + Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Strategic, highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment and proven thought leadership
