WeLoveNoCode (WLNC) is the largest no-code marketplace that connects 5,000 companies and 36,000 no-code developers. We filter and train top-tier no-code and low-code developers and match them with companies. WLNC is headquartered in San Francisco and has already raised $3M. The investment round was led by Mantis Venture Capital alongside with K5 Global, Liquid2, CapitalX, Gaingels and Abe Burns.

How does it work?

We provide a robust matching process and a fixed monthly fee for the no-code development of your product. Kick-off your idea and tell us what you want to build. We'll handpick no-code experts for you (no-code developers, designers, PMs), agree on a rough timeline & roadmap, and set a fixed monthly fee for development. You'll track our daily progress and chat with your no-code team via our platform while we will make sure everything is on track.

Who we're looking for

A Vice President, Marketing who has a roll up your sleeves, hands-on approach to building brand strategy, image, equity, and awareness and driving it to the next level of success. An expert in marketing practices, strategy, user/customer acquisition, and retention geared towards consumers and partners alike, this individual would ensure that WLNC is the name and service of choice within our space.

The ideal VP of Marketing would both build-out and guide our Marketing Department with creative and thoughtful initiatives by creating intelligent, adaptive, and strategic methodologies. In driving the Marketing Department the VP of Marketing would serve as a true business development partner in enhancing user acquisition, user retention, & partnering with our stakeholders and HR Team in helping to drive WLNC's culture and values outward in an impactful and meaningful way.

What You'll Do

  • Lead our marketing department with a strategic vision for all business lines across markets
  • Ensure our brand & image resonates with our customers as well as our own values
  • Build out several customer acquisition channels & potential partnership channels from the ground up
  • Partner with Product Development in creating a fully engaged CRM that stays current and relevant by evolving both with market and business trends
  • Create a full marketing lifecycle ensuring that we are engaging not only new customers but current ones as well
  • Build, coach, and develop the marketing team to ensure both their individual and departmental success
  • Develop and manage our marketing budget, as well as departmental KPIs to ensure spend effectiveness
  • Create an integrated marketing approach that truly represents all of our people and communities we operate in by partnering with HR to capture thoughts, suggestions, and ideas from all levels across the organization

Who We Are Looking For

  • A highly organized person with strong attention to detail
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role preferred
  • Domestic and International experience
  • Proven track record of intelligent strategy design while growing exponentially
  • Proven ability to forecast as well as develop metrics to determine success
  • Advanced skills using Google Analytics, Google & Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Series A / Series B Startup experience a definite plus
  • Experience leading a multi-dimensional team
