Warehouse Associates - Full-time Direct Hire

We are looking for full and part-time warehouse/production associates to fill positions that offers a stable schedule, realistic production standards and BONUSES, a family-oriented environment with plenty of potential for growth? Look no further. Ross is now hiring Direct, Full-time and Part-Time Associates for our SoCal Distribution Centers!!!

We are looking for warehouse associates for 2nd and 3rd shifts to fill Level 1 positions. The base pay for a new Ross hire into this role is $17.00, with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd shift and a $2.00 shift differential for 3rd shift. The base pay listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

General Qualifications:

• Distribution Center positions involve a combination of standing, pushing, pulling, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and lifting of up to 50 lbs. routinely
• You must have the ability to stand/walk continuously for the duration of your full shift, up to 10 hours
• Although you may be hired to a specific role you will be asked to cross-train on other functions, this will simply help you be successful in your career
