Craftsmen Contractors is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Clerk/Laborer for the Harahan, La. area. This is a full time temp to perm position. You will be working day shifts Mondays thru Fridays and overtime may be offered in future.

Having a TWIC Card is major + for this position.

Starting pay is $17 - $19/hour depending on your experience.

You will be paid weekly.

Job duties and requirements:

• Need to communicate effectively. Must be organized with paperwork and will need to have some basic computer skills.
• Have the ability to consistently arrive on time and stay through the entire shift, including overtime when required.
• Demonstrate the integrity to open and close assigned warehouse.
• Will need to maintain work orders and maintain appointment logs
• Work alongside personnel including Laborers, Welders, Pipe-fitters, Managers and other personnel.
• Ability to multiple task, fill in when needed and also operate a forklift. Ensures that critical papers are properly completed and submitted into the office in a timely manner.
• Able to perform some manual labor when required.
• Required to climb up and down stairs and ladders.
• Knowledge of warehouse logistics and at least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Report to management any inconsistencies or issues at hand while working.
• Current TWIC Card is preferred and you will need to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
