Job Description and Profile:

Under direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the purpose of the position is to lead the inbound and outbound of all shipments including frames, lenses, furniture, accessories, IT equipment, lab equipment and Corporate goods. Also supporting the pre-production workflow in order for the Lab Technician team to prepare eyeglass wear for patients and customers. This position is responsible for supervising the production of customized eyeglass wear, shipping, receiving, tracing, and staging of all customer frame and lens orders. Performs related work as directed. TheWarehouse coordinator will be required to be hands on as well as crosstrain as needed in order to meet company objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage NSO inventory level and costs as well as work with third party partners
• Maintains steady workflow to coincide with delivery time commitments to stores
• Lead a team to perform daily tasks which include obtaining job orders from sales team and clarifies all requests to ensure accuracy
• Oversees incoming shipments and distribution of UPS, Fedex, and USPS
• Puts incoming store work into process quickly as possible
• Ensures all daily tasks are in process before end of business
• Maintains all work area equipment and provides day to day maintenance
• Workflow areas of responsibility include: receiving, tracing, bin staging, and internal customer service
• Notifies the leader on duty of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
• Guarantees that NSO manifest items are properly staged and loaded in pods to all NSO’s with excellent communication to all involved parties
• Performs inventory cycle counts 2x per year or as needed
• Identifies, and supports development of e-commerce distribution solutions.
• Supports inventory order fulfillment, receiving, and ordering through proprietary computer system
• Perform ship to patient on a daily basis.
• Maintains accurate system bin location of frame sku.
• Flexibility to move throughout the function as work demand requires.
• Performs related duties as directed.
• Identifies, and supports development of e-commerce distribution solutions
• Manage NSO inventory level and costs at Third Party partner, Suddath

Education & Experience

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in a lab or warehouse environment preferred
• Proficiency in inventory systems
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, etc.
• Ability to lift heavy objects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
