GL Staffing is looking for Warehouse Team Leader candidate. The position is multi-function. An extremely important role to support the production process. Located in Riviera Beach FL.

Hours: 7:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday-Friday

Salary: From $20.00 - $22.00 based on experience

Daily responsibilities & tasks: Warehouse Team Leader

• Enforce all safety, sanitation, productivity and processing procedures
• Enable effective communications between management and operators
• Train new employees and coach existing employees
• Complete the day-to-day tasks relative to associate/temporary staff schedules, time, and attendance.
• Ensure all required documentation and system transactions (electronically and/or manually) for assigned areas are completed in a timely manner.
• Responsible for maintaining physical inventory accuracy at a defined company rate.
• Proactively identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assess warehouse operations continually to ensure the warehouse is neat, secure, safe, and well organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 1 to 3 years of experience supervising.
• Bilingual (English, Spanish)
• Powered industrial equipment experience preferred.
• Experience and ability to interact and work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to motivate others to meet demands established by the schedule
• Basic understanding of computers and data entry
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic math skills - (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
