Due to our continued growth in MA, Optima is looking for 2 Loader Employees to join our team! Optima has stations all across New England and as a growing company, we would like you to grow with us! We have new openings for Overnight shifts.

DESCRIPTION
AM Shift Position Sorter/dispatcher (5am to 10am Monday-Saturday shift)
Location: 385 West Street West Bridgewater,MA
- Loader’s are responsible for loading/sorting bins into the vans to be prepared for the following day.
- This position will come in to assist Position 1 with the loading portion only.
REQUIREMENTS
- Legal to work in the U.S.
- Must have two forms of ID
- Accuracy and attention-to-detail is a must; our couriers are responsible for scheduled deliveries at specific locations
- Subject to background check.
- Have a positive attitude, neat and clean appearance, and be fluent in English
- Must able to lift, bend, hoist, and carry up to 50lbs.
- Must speak English
