Principal Accountabilities

• Position is 1st shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Position is 2nd Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Weekend work based on rotating schedule
• Walking and standing for extended periods
• Communicating with employees, leads, supervisors, and managers
• Creating documentation both written and digitally
• Ensuring general safety
• Cleanliness and housekeeping
• Maintaining a safe working environment

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Computer Skills
• Obtain Forklift license
• Communication skills
• Flexible hours
• Rotating weekend schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Cargill experience
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Previous forklift experience
• Work history in the past 12 months
• Previous warehouse, Inventory Control or mechanical experience
