Restoration company (Serving Gig Harbor, Mason, & N. Tacoma)
Description: Well established company seeking individuals who like to work with others and enjoy helping others.

Our industry is one that specializes in: water damage remediation, mold mitigation, fire restoration, content restoration, COVID and Bio Hazard cleaning. We are specifically seeking individuals for our water damage/cleaning department who are willing to learn, train and work in a partnership with other team members and perfect their trade within this industry.
IICRC certification and water damage a demo background preferred.

Qualifications:
Ability to work well both independently and with others

Flexibility and understanding in a consistently changing work environment

Empathetic with customers who are having a hard time
A strong and positive work ethic

Great communications skills

Some comfort in operating computer/iPad knowledge is a bonus

Detail oriented
Valid license and a good driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Flexibility to work on various projects as needed
Familiarity with drywall, painting, trim work, carpentry, & flooring is a plus
Must be able to carry tools, and other materials up to 50lbs

Company vehicles trucks or vans for daily transport to and from jobs
