Opportunity

PMCH Wealth Advisors is currently seeking a full time experienced financial advisor to help with this growing business. We believe that our clients come first and a love of the business is imperative for the successful candidate.

PMCH Wealth Advisors is a planning firm not a transactional firm. The successful candidate should be able to trade individual securities, but our focus is on developing and implementing strategies for the clients’ whole financial picture over timing the market.

As a CPA firm first, our clients expect us to understand taxes and the tax effects on financial decisions. An understanding of the tax code is not a requirement. The successful candidate will be working very closely with CPA’s and will develop a robust relationship with the CPAs at PMCH.

PMCH is a vibrant business. Collaboration is the key to the business model and the interaction of Wealth Management and CPA professionals on a daily basis provides a competitive advantage. The successful candidate will have the ability to work remotely occasionally, but is expected to treat the office setting as their primary place of business.

Job duties include:

• Developing relationships with existing and future clients to build trust and confidence.
• Recommending investment strategies that fit the clients’ needs and help them reach their goals.
• Preparing comprehensive financial plans using eMoney and MoneyGuide Elite.
• Understanding the tax structure and making recommendations that provide for tax smart strategies.
• Serving existing clients with day to day needs in tandem with wealth management assistants.

Skills and Requirements

• CPA or CFA certifications preferred.
• Interpersonal skills are paramount.
• Listening skills are a must in order to understand our clients and focus strategies on their personal goals.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Casper, Wyoming or be willing to relocate.

Benefits & Compensation

PMCH provides a competitive compensation package commensurate with qualifications and experience as well as significant opportunities for advancement. We also offer a comprehensive benefits program including paid health insurance, paid short-term and long-term disability, PTO, 401k, and professional education.

Compensation is a combination of starting base-salary ($55,000-$135,000) commensurate with experience plus a commission sharing structure based on growth of the business. The details will be discussed in the interview process.
