The Opportunity:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented web marketer who is a self-starter with the ability to work in a high-energy, fast paced environment to support education programming. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously – compelling web page design and storytelling, web pages designed for optimal SEO and conversion potential, integrating martech tools with CRM to track and prioritize high potential leads to name a few – is essential. The successful candidate is an experienced, savvy web marketing developer with strong interpersonal, communication, and outstanding backend technical skills – in addition to time and project-management skills.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director, Digital and Creative, competitive candidates will have previous web marketing management experience for multiple products/services and customer experiences in a B2B and/or B2C environment. Responsibilities and expectations include:

  • Owns driving a simplified web architecture for FullBloom’s 3 divisions including design, development, user experience, maintenance, SEO, and event tracking in WordPress.
  • Collaborates with Insights team to create and pass tracking data into Dynamics CRM and develop reports on marketing/website performance and conversions
  • Leads development of new web pages/digital content, manages all WordPress integrations with martech and CRM platforms
  • Develops custom landing pages designed to inform and drive lead conversions for sales teams where we have earned the right to sell products/services
  • Stays on trends in the market as well as competitor activity regarding content, SEO, and web development best practices
  • Identifies customer's needs with marketing team in relation to our services and create content to address those needs
  • Audits existing content and assets to identify thematic or service gaps and unique content opportunities
  • Conducts research on key SEO terms and incorporating them into content to achieve maximum viewership and page rankings; Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices
  • Measuring, monitoring, and reporting company website, digital, and social media traffic statistics
  • Collaborates with marketing/sales leadership to define and execute content strategy
  • Implements multi-media content across marketing websites to effectively drive traffic and conversions: video, blogs, social media, white papers/e-books, case studies, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience developing centric web content (B2B experience a plus)
  • Exceptional writing skills set for a variety of platforms and media
  • Experience Marketing for a portfolio of products/services or clients highly desirable
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with various leadership and roles across divisions and business lines
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Proven ability to implement tracking codes, events, goals and more to effectively report on website performance metrics and to glean insights for optimizations
  • Experience in UX design and web development best practices
  • Expertise in SEO and SEM best practices
  • Solid understanding of HTML
  • Expertise with Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integrations required. Experience in HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics a plus!
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, tracking and KPI development
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
