Weekend Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher
Job description
CSR/ Dispatch Responsibilities:
· Respond to phone, email & internet reservation inquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
· Handle reservations, quoting & light scheduling.
· Address clients’ needs and concerns with attention to detail and resolve customer service issues.
· Coordinate job schedules with and dispatch chauffeurs.
· Work with colleagues to resolve issues that may arise throughout the course of the workday
· Introduction to dispatching
· Data Entry, General Office Duties, ETC.
The ideal applicant for our CSR position will possess the following:
· Excellent written, verbal and listening communications skills
· Excellent phone call handling skills.
· Office computer skills
· Strong organizational and detail skills
· Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Available Shifts:
Saturday - Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm
·Saturday - Sunday 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Pay Rate
Hands on training
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
