Fraud Investigator-Nassau, NY
TruView Background Screening and Investigations, a New York based Investigations & Security Company is seeking qualified individuals to investigate public assistance fraud in Nassau County. Individuals MUST meet the following criteria for consideration:
Minimum of 5 years of investigative field experience, which includes:

• Minimum of 1 year of field Medicaid Fraud investigation experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional investigation experience with a law enforcement agency, including referral of investigations for criminal prosecution or civil hearings, and courtroom testimony.

Additional experience in the following areas is a plus:

• Professional investigation experience as a credentialed background investigator conducting personnel background investigations on behalf of the Federal Government.

• An ability to perform background checks, document retrieval, and front-end-detection-system investigations.

• Surveillance experience.

• Face-to-face interview experience.

• Undercover operation experience.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Exceptional writing and communication skills.

• Ability to write concise and accurate reports with strong attention to sequential detail.

• Research information about a Subject (i.e. asset verification, income verification, employment history, medical history, etcetera).

• Ability to utilize computers and computer databases to access and share information.

Individuals must present SPECIFIC evidence demonstrating they meet the above qualifications.

Investigators will be required to conduct field stops throughout Nassau County.

• Anti-money Laundering (AML)

• Law enforcement
