Dragonfly is seeking enthusiastic, personable budtenders who can use their extensive cannabis product knowledge help customers understand more about the usage of medical cannabis. In addition, candidates must be able to provide impeccable customer service while complying with State regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

· Answer customer questions and concerns

· Deliver exceptional customer service

· Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services

· Assist patients and consumers with any product questions

· Build consumer and patient relationships to gather a loyal consumer base

· Express the dispensary’s mission and values to the consumer and share a passion for cannabis

· Meet and exceed sales goals

· Verify patient profile accuracy before filling patient orders

· Ensure compliance through the point of sale

· Assist with opening/closing of store and other task as assigned

· Maintenance/cleanliness of presentation of pharmacy

· Assist with various tasks as needed

Qualification:

· Must be over 21 years old

· Reliable transportation

· In-depth knowledge of cannabis products

· Must pass all required background checks

· Punctuality

Schedule:

· 8-hour shift

· Tuesday to Saturday

· On call

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
