Full Time - Wellness Coordinator
On-site Wellness Coach - Full Time

Wellness Coaches, the pioneer, largest, and most experienced national provider of the uniquely powerful on-site coaching delivery model, is currently looking to hire a full time Exercise Physiologists, Health Educators, and Athletic Training Professionals to join us as on-site a Wellness Coordinator servicing our client located in Los Lunas, NM. While on-site with your client, you will work one-on-one with employees, coordinating their wellness program.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Leads a comprehensive wellness program.
• Coordinates, plans, and facilitates health and fitness activities and programs for employees.
• Plans and implements classes, speakers, seminars, personal training, and fitness assessments that promote healthy lifestyles.
• Develops promotion and publicity plans for wellness and fitness programs throughout the organization.
• Compiles statistical summaries of participant data, class attendance, and equipment inventories to ensure proper detailed program evaluation.
• Assists the associate director in the development of budget, policies, and procedures relevant to the operation of the wellness program.
• Provides educational presentations and training programs.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to work cooperatively with people at all levels with respect.
• 2+ years prior experience with wellness, fitness, athletic training, nursing, PT or OT or PT assistant.
• Demonstrated time management skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Exceptional verbal skills and ability to meet, greet, speak and positively represent.
• Outgoing and personable, able to work independently, and must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking required.

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelors degree in health education, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field required; Masters degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in wellness program development.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
