Sales and Merchandising Associate

MAX STUDIO is seeking a Wholesale Sales and Merchandising Associate for our Pasadena, CA headquarters. This position will report to the Executive Vice President in charge of sales for key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare digital sales packages and presentations for customers
• Assist with order processing, customer service, shipping updates, and follow-up
• Upload product via Excel templates for digital accounts presentations.
• Prepare, track, and distribute weekly selling reports/templates
• Special projects
• Showroom prep – sample management
• Market appointments – assist Sales team with customers

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills – particularly Excel and Adobe
• Experience as Sales Assistant in wholesale apparel or Assistant buying in retail industry a must
• Ability to learn new systems – i.e. company specific software
• Ability to multi-task in a fast pace office environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• Basic retail math knowledge
• BA/BFA in Fashion a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
