Our window cleaning training and development program will help you succeed! Our cleaning business allows you to learn a variety of tasks as we provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and soft washing for our residential cleaning customers. Tasks:

• Perform services including window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning
• Lead a crew of laborers to provide exceptional customer experience for our customers
• Clean properties to BrightSide's 5-Star Quality Check
• On-Time arrival and completion of all scheduled work each day.
• Work with customers throughout the work order to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Complete a Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Ladder training and development program

Work Schedule: M-F with weekends and overtime available.8-10 hour shift, daytime hours. We work 10 months out of the year. Have a couple of months off in the winter to enjoy family and fun!

We hire from a variety of industries including gutter cleaning, pressure washing, lawn care, landscaping, roofers, and many other general labor industries

Some Requirements

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Physically able to move 32' ladders and work with them
• Not afraid of heights
• Must have a cellphone to use for work purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
