Our company is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide an excellent customer experience at our retail store(s). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of providing quick, accurate, consistent and friendly customer service, and will be responsible for helping customers find everything they need. We are looking for someone who is responsible, trustworthy and hardworking, and has strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Interact with customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Build Rapport and close the sale.
• Learn options to close sales, such as Phone Payment Plans and Affordable Connectivity Plans.
• Get to know the technology in order to simply explain features that the customer might want.
• Learn and Understand some basic troubleshooting steps to help retain customers experiencing issues.
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues.
• Work quickly and efficiently using a cash register, credit card machine and other equipment.
• Greet customers and answer their questions.
• Earn Commission on top of hourly pay by attaining key metrics in sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
