Make-A-Wish New Hampshire is a 501(c)(3) organization. Together, we grant the WISHES of children with critical illnesses. We are dedicated to making every eligible child’s wish come true in New Hampshire. Giving them the hope, transformation, and strength, they need to fight their very tough battle.

Make-A-Wish is seeking a full-time salaried Wish Coordinator, who is a dynamic relationship manager and project manager who will bring passion, care, and commitment to their work.

Our new Wish Coordinator will be responsible for the Chapter’s wish granting process and flow and carries a case load of the organization’s wishes. This role is responsible for and ensures each wish runs smoothly and magically right down to the last detail. They will work closely with staff and wish granting volunteers taking each child and family through their “Wish Journey”, from wish anticipation through wish design to wish completion and beyond. The Wish coordinator role is responsible for coordinating, creating, and planning each aspect and detail for each of their assigned wishes, resulting in a well-planned and executed wish experience for each child.

The Wish coordinator position requires: a proven ability to relate well to individuals from a variety of backgrounds and motivations; the ability to successfully build and maintain relationships with team members and volunteers; demonstrated project management skills, critical listening skills and attention to detail. They must have the ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented fast moving team environment; creativity, resourcefulness, time management skills and the ability to move from wish to wish calmly and with a high degree of skill is necessary.

Applicants must have proven organization and relationship skills in the field. Must have discretion with confidential materials and sensitivity towards our wish families and volunteers.

Candidate must be comfortable with technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred.

This position is primarily located in our downtown Manchester, NH office, with occasional travel within New Hampshire.

Pay: $34,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
