Work from Home Customer Support Agent (Part-Time)

This position requires the Customer Support Agent to have a suitable at-home work environment including your own PC and access to reliable high-speed Internet. The starting rate is $17.00 per hour. Start Date: ASAP

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills involving a wide range of activities. The ideal candidate availability is both 1st and 2nd shift (rotating) including weekends. Our shifts are typically between 4 and 9 hours long. Our part-time agents will average between 15 and 25 hours per week leaning towards more hours during college exam weeks and fewer hours during the start of the semester and during the summer.

Your typical day will include:

· Using Zendesk or Salesforce customer support software to respond to students and instructors questions/concerns via email, instant messaging, and phone calls.

· Reviewing Proctoring sessions

· Assist in organizing customer-related data and communications

We will provide:

Required Education:

· HS Diploma or GED

· 1-year prior experience in technical support

Required Skills:

· Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally

· Sympathize with customers (when appropriate)

· Multi-Task

· Work independently

· Follow the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act

· Type at a minimum of 30 wpm

· Meet reasonable customer satisfaction and productivity goals
