Work From Home Remote Sales Tech

Starting Pay - $2,500-3750+ (100%) commission potential

• Top performers earn an additional $50-$75 residual that compounds monthly on top of their Sales Commissions .
• This is estimated to be an additional $600-$900 monthly after the first year and an additional $1200- $1800 after the following year. The additional residual commissions will continue to compound for the life of your employment and the customers enrolment.

As a Remote Sales Tech, you will work from home calling previouse customers that received a repair at one of our locations. In duing so you will connect with the customer, discover the need, and to offer our Home + solution. This position will require a home computer and a cellphone to call customers. You will be provided an app that you will be able to call through and delivering our award-winning personalized customer experience. Mobile Sales Techs will also:

• Resolve customer issues & make it relatable to a Home Product solution
• Expand your knowledge of ubreakifix & asurion culture and products
• Deliver world class customer service
• Bring sales experience to consistently sell the Connected Home product and Serve, Solve, and Sell on every customer interaction!!!
• Learn and apply the details of the Connected Home product, how to gain an understanding of the customer's technology, and how to offer and sell protection/tech support solutions to customers to meet their needs
• Perform in your role and achieve your goals by performing in sales, providing excellent service and sales, to creating satisfied customers, in accordance with Asurion’s Core Values
• Demonstrate ubreakifix’s Core Values in all interactions

• 1 year of customer service/retail sales experience preferred
• A willingness to learn and leverage sales resources provided by Asurion
• Reliable and flexible when it comes to dealing with difficult situations
• The ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment
• Motivated to meet and exceed evolving key performance objectives
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
• 6 months experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting
• Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $10.66 - $31.35 per hour
