BAYADA is seeking an experienced Workday finance manager who will own the entire Workday Financial Suite and partner with the business stakeholders to understand needs, analyze processes, and implement solutions related to continuous improvement in Workday Finance, Procurement, and related areas. In this role, you will define and prioritize scope and objectives, configure Workday, lead UAT, and implement changes. Strong customer service and data analytical skills are essential. This is a mid-level professional track position and will offer training and continuing education to support a career in management and leadership within BAYADA Home Health Care. This position may be totally remote or a hybrid position for those located in the Philadelphia area.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
• Develop working knowledge of BAYADA's mission, services, people, organization, policies, and procedures.
• Support major Workday FIN releases by researching new functionality.
• Communicate, educate, and collaborate with finance and procurement partners on new functionality and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide second level support, training, and act as liaison with Workday Support for case creation and resolution.
• Lead and manage the design, configuration, and maintenance of FIN and Reporting processes in Workday.
• Gather requirements, coordinate implementation, and support functionalities within Workday FIN.
• Research, diagnose and resolve configuration issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop business requirements documents and functional specification documents.
• Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
• Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four (4) year college degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in the implementation, development, and support of financial systems.
• Minimum three (3) years' Workday FIN experience required. Experience in procurement and supply chain management functional areas preferred.
• Prior support of Workday releases researching new functionality, configuration, and implementation.
• Experience with configuration and support of Workday business processes and Workday reporting tools.
• Strong background knowledge of accounting and financial concepts (GL close processes, consolidations, allocations, A/P, etc.) is required.
• Passion for analyzing complex business processes, understanding the details, and providing solutions to everyday business problems.
• Ability to learn quickly, build and retain a functional knowledge base.
• Ability to listen effectively and actively engage others.
• Ability to work independently, managing work from concept through completion.
• Ability to identify and articulate options to stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Proven record of setting delivery commitments and meeting expectations.
• Completion of Workday certification in FIN and Reporting preferred.
