Job Description:

This position is remote but for business purposes, you must be local to the Tampa, FL area

Interacts directly with customers, sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of inbound and outbound workers' compensation functions
Receives customer and internal partner requests and works independently and/or collaborates with other teams to service these requests
Prepares/retrieves documentation related to customer account, product, and service inquiries/issues
Uses standardized billing forms, state guidelines and fee schedules to draw solutions to client issues
Handles about 50 inquiries daily

Qualifications:

Education

Associate's Degree in related field

Experience

4+ Years of Workers' Comp Experience (Contracting, WC Guideline Knowledge)
Demonstrated experience using State Fee Schedules and Billing Forms (CMS 1500 and UB04)
