Are you looking for a Monday- Friday shift?

TriSource is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Aide's/ Paraprofessionals to begin working in a classroom setting helping students in a non public school.

We are working with schools located within the Towson/ Lutherville Timonium and the Baltimore city area. Looking for staff to start ASAP!

Requirements:

• Experience working with vulnerable population
• Experience and/or comfortability working with children who have developmental and intellectual disabilities
• Experience working with behaviors
• Ability to work in a classroom setting
• Reliable transportation or Driver's License
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• High school diploma
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be COVID Vaccinated

Responsibilities:

• Supervises and manages student behavior in the classroom
• Maintains proper rules, safety and security of students, providing crisis intervention when necessary.
• Oversees student to ensure they are on track academically/ following IEP
• Provides verbal cues and physical de-escalation tools when student is in crisis
• Supports teaching staff when assistance is requested

Schedule:

• Monday- Friday 8am-4pm (Towson)
• Monday- Friday 7:45am-2:45pm (Baltimore)
