Patent Attorney or Patent Agent. Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. Preparation and prosecution of patents, strategic portfolio counseling, opinions, licensing and due diligence.

Preferably have at least 2 years of solid preparation and prosecution experience in electrical and/or software arts. Depending on your technical background, you may deal with electrical engineering (hardware, circuits, chip design, etc.) or software technologies, or both. Excellent opportunity for solid client interaction. Premiere work for an impressive client list.

Requirements:
- Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
- Patent Bar (and any State Bar for an associate)
