Job Summary:

Kinetico Water Systems of SWFL is seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, dispatching service, taking payments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail. Starting pay for this position is $15 an hour but we are willing to pay competitively for the right candidate with good experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service to clients.

- Dispatch service technicians to customer locations.

- Manage customer service requests from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Process payments and manage customer accounts.

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality assurance and safety protocols.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.

- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills.

- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- A positive attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
