About This Role

The Ground Robotics team within Land Systems, Hunt Valley is seeking a Mechanical co-op to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Working in an interdisciplinary role, enabling the full life cycle of successful systems
• Solid modeling and mechanical drawings
• Common fabrication and assembly processes
• Structural design fundamentals
• Fastening and joining
• Small engine integration and subsystems
• Operation of measurement tools, strain gages, and data acquisition systems
• Engineering lab safety
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Technical internship experience preferred
• Ability to work 40 hours/week (This schedule is on a combination 5/8, 4/10, with every other Friday off!)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
