Come join our team! Insource Performance Solutions is a managed service provider supporting a large national client in Concord. The ideal chute stacker candidate must have the ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting of items ranging from 25 - 75 lbs. throughout the work day. Standing and walking for extended periods of time is required. Must be a reliable Team Player, flexible and willing to work in multiple position or areas as assigned by your Supervisor. The ability to work overtime is required.

Chute Stacker Shifts:

2nd: 3:00 pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday (Extended Shifts during week plus Saturdays.)

3rd: 10:30 pm-6:00 am Monday-Friday (Extended Shifts during week plus Sundays.)

Salary: $18.00 (shift differential) + production

Requirements:

• Chute Stackers must have the Ability to lift heavy objects ranging from 25lbs. to 75lbs. consistently throughout and entire shift by hand, team lift or the use of forklift.
• Remove boxes from conveyer belt and scan.
• Place boxes on a pallet to stack (palletize)
• Maintains and cleans work area, machines and equipment via the use of a broom, rags and cleaning compounds.
• Loads/unloads materials on to or from pallets, trays, racks and shelves by hand while using a scanner.
• Loads materials on to vehicles. Installs strapping, bracing or padding to prevent shifting or damage, while in transit through the use of hand tools.
• Counts, weighs and records exact numbers of product moved or handled on a daily production sheet.
• Attaches identifying tags, labels or marks with information to cases, bales, or other containers.
