Staffworks has partnered with a new and growing state of the art production facility. They are seeking Production Operators to perform a variety of manufacturing task including assembly, machine operators and equipment prep.
Production Operators
$19.00 an hour
Hours: 5:45pm to 6:15Am 12 hour shifts
Work schedule: Wk1 Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat
Wk2 Thurs, Fri, and Sat
Job responsibilities:
- Must be willing to work days or night shifts as assigned.
- Operate machines and/or other equipment for product processing, which may include the following; solder print, die bond, x-ray, wash, wire bond, gel fill, assembly and testing
- Follow written procedures and work instructions
- Read and interpret drawings, diagrams with assistance, as needed
- Sustain a steady work pace and follow a schedule
- Perform other duties as assigned
Background/Skills:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 1-3 months or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic math skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Basic computer literacy
- Able to stand for 12hour,reach, lift, bend, squat, kneel, and twist
