Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to assist the 2nd shift supervisor with daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality standards to achieve the appropriate level service. The team lead has the responsibility of overseeing a warehouse team of 8-15 individuals, in the areas of shipping, receiving, and the fulfillment departments, to include training and all other activities to support the operation of the PSI warehouse.
Essential Functions:

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Restock locations to maintain proper inventory levels in picking locations.
• Conduct Cycle counts.
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other shifts.
• All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Proven work experience as a warehouse team lead.
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
• Knowledge of warehouse inventory management systems. (Acumen, Powerhouse, etc.) and MS Office proficiency.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Warehouse Lead: 3 years (Required)
• Hours: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
