About the Role:
- Identify and build a target list of companies and contacts in the North America market who would utilize contract and contract-hire services in Information Technology.
- Reach out to prospective hiring managers, directors, VPs, and C-level executives to introduce Prolifics services and capabilities.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms with prospective clients and ensure MSA execution to launch our Recruitment process.
- Partner with, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams through the entire sales cycle.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to close. This includes prospecting, discovery, presenting, forecasting, negotiate and closing the deal.
- Identify, secure, and qualify job opportunities, while educating clients and potential clients on the current job market
- Partner with Recruiting leadership team to set expectations with the client for priority requisitions
- Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns.
- Help to build and manage an effective pipeline of quality targets.
- Build a value proposition through effective probing and understanding of the customers’ business model.
- Stay updated with the key offerings within the Prolifics portfolio and industry best practices to effectively position our technology in front of clients.
- 5+ years of a proven track record within a staffing environment, with a strong knowledge of and network in your market, sector, or specialization within the staffing industry.
- Experience as a full life-cycle salesperson for a staffing agency or retained search, developing business strategies and client engagement.
- Strong Business Development experience and negotiation skills with a consultative mindset and ability to anticipate client needs
