The Account Executive’s primary responsibilities are to:
- Achieve booking and margin objectives for Viavi’s VIA products and services to Target Customers/Focus Accounts in Latin American Region
- Manage day to day activities of Sales and account management in LatAm
- Build and maintain regional opportunities/forecast pipeline
- Create, develop and close new businesses within all wireless properties throughout the Caribbean and LatAm in the RAN network segment (RF, soft/passive probes, RAN, Geolocation, etc etc)
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Maintain relationships with CxOs and decision makers of Focus / Target accounts
- Ability to travel 50%-65% of the time. The majority of the travel will be in Mexico and Latin America
Required Qualifications:
- Min 10+ years relevant system sales experience, with 5+ years in the field of RF RAN domain
- Sales management experience with Complex & Large Telecom Systems/ IT/ Networking/ (B2B) technology solutions is a must
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Strong background working with RF departments within Caribbean and Latin American wireless providers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mature interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision makers in target accounts
- Self-starter with a very strong strategic and tactical business sense and highly competitive
- Strong knowledge and understanding of CSP business models, technologies and ecosystem (Partners, key accounts, decision makers, key influencers)
- Experience winning multiple large deals with LatAm T-1 CSP’s
- Solid track record of success

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
