Onset Financial of Draper, UT, is seeking to hire talented sales professionals to join our fast-paced, high-energy team as an Account Executive. This position earns life changing commissions + $70,000 base pay, and up to $5,000 sign-on bonus! Onset was rated one of the best places to work in Utah. What you will be doing:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients
• Consistently use internal CRM tool to prospect for new customers, track progress on leads, and follow up for new business
• Sell the benefits of Onset to decision-makers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads
• Close customers by showing them the benefits of doing business with Onset
• Report weekly on your pipeline
• Collaborate with Credit and Documentation teams to ensure transactions meet all underwriting and documentation requirements
• Meet daily production and quarterly sales goals
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients

What you should have:

• Two years Business to Business (B2B) sales experience (or other qualified sales experience)
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to successfully sell over the phone
• Ability to manage high-dollar transactions
• Ability to take and implement feedback
• Positive attitude, fearless work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
