Looking to apply your sales experience to a purpose-driven, operationally focused, and GROWING salesforce making a positive impact in the world? As an Account Manager you will be on the face of Soligent to our customers and be responsible for generating business and growing existing accounts as part of one of the most experienced sales teams in the country. The Account Manager develops business and retains and services clients for a specific geographic region. Thriving in a remote, fast-paced, dynamic environment, the Regional Account Manager plays an instrumental part in bringing clean, affordable, and modern energy to the world.

Helps Soligent make a positive impact by:

  • Generating and developing business to meet specified sales goals.
  • Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within customer accounts.
  • Building a book of business through customer account acquisition and retention.
  • Growing deep meaningful relationships with customer accounts.
  • Effectively leveraging partner supplier sales teams to execute co-selling initiatives.
  • Executing sales leadership's strategic business plan.
  • Achieving stated revenue and profitability goals.
  • Responding to all customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understanding and communicating information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
  • Possessing and maintaining thorough knowledge of solar industry product information.
  • Continually gathering information on local competition and prevalent industry and business; communicating information to management and others as needed.
  • Ensuring that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Providing timely and accurate reports as required.
  • Attending and participating in business/trade events that impact business unit.
  • Attending and participating in team strategic sales meetings.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by manager.

Location: Remote; Southwest TX, AZ, NM

Required Skills/Proficiencies:

  • Expert in NetSuite, MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with colleagues and suppliers
  • Flexibility and innovation as a team player
  • Ability to travel by plane or car

Total expected on track earning for this position is $120,000 annually, this includes base salary plus commissions
