Job Description

The Specialist - On Premise & Key Accounts provides administrative and analytical support to the Director - On Premise & Key Accounts.

What your day will look like:

• Run reports to assist in monitoring performance of dealer loader programs
• Track approvals of invoices and expenses
• Track all payments for contracts
• MicroMarket tracking of fixtures and coordination
• Manage various brand lists
• Complete project of documentation into Contract Logix
• Create PowerPoint presentations
• Assist Manager- Key Accounts with projects or other administrative needs
• Follow up on Distributor leads’ list and any additional leads provided by the Customer Solutions Center; assist with ensuring leads are routed to the appropriate person
• Provide support on manual rebates; reconcile the amounts and ensure they are accurate
• Order POS and track shipping
• Check and ensure accuracy of pricing
• Prepare monthly reports and payments
• Send innovation UPC codes for both the item and case pack for updates on new items
• Complete reporting by channel and beverage category to identify gaps
• Update annual Material number list
• Pull Micro Market Vendsys data monthly
• Weekly pull of Coke Channel information that pertains to On Premise
• Order promotional items for the Trimester promos and incentives; inventory, track, and compile pictures along with volume, revenue, and margin $$$
• Process invoices for customers, invoice North America Operating Unit
• Power BI LMP (local market program) reporting by channel
• Provide administrative support and partnership to other Division Leaders as needed
• Additional duties as assigned
  

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
• Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
• Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
• Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
• Strong organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite required
• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and 6 months to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience
• Knowledge of Power BI preferred
• Frequent typing, sitting
