Pelican Lawn & Landscaping is a locally owned landscape business, providing high quality maintenance and landscaping solutions to high end residential, HOA's and commercial customer in Lee and Collier County.

We are looking for an Account Manager or Supervisor

Account Manager will need to be able to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. Will also be responsible for insuring the successful operations of a portfolio of residential, HOA's and commercial landscape accounts.

Supervisor will need to be able to oversee and communicate with the crews on a daily basis. Checking the properties for quality control issues in relation to the weekly maintenance and also checking the work after a new install.

Pay will be based on position and experience.

Overall responsibility, may vary depending on position.

• Building, maintaining and nurturing relationships with customers
• Conducting regular site visits to ensure client’s expectations are met, if not exceeded
• Pro-actively identify and resolve customer issues or concerns with a high sense of urgency
• Present value-added enhancement proposals to customers
• Supervising the operations teams that support the client portfolio
• Pro-actively identifying, hiring, retaining and developing top talents
• Able or assist in measuring properties and preparing bids
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
• Experience in SWF landscape industry (3 years)
• Valid and clean Florida driver’s license is a MUST
• Plant knowledge, ability to identify issues, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to complete paperwork & reports
• Organized and able to maintain multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Proactive and willing to grow with the company
• Leadership experience (3 years)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
