The Position : Accountant
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries including monthly and yearly closing entries
- Monthly general ledger account analysis and reconciliations
- Quarterly 941 reconciliations
- Assist with month/year end closings and audits
- Assist with ongoing projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Strong math and computer skills
- Proficient using Excel (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team-Player
- Attention to Detail
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
