SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

GENERAL DUTIES:

  • Daily cash worksheets
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Daily bank deposits
  • Load weekly positive pay files
  • Monthly cold storage rental unit invoicing
  • Sales tax returns
  • Service timecards – applied hours
  • Maintain fixed asset and depreciation listing
  • Petty cash registers and journal entries
  • Supplies ordering
  • Credit approvals
  • Cross train in all A/R functions
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
  • MS Excel

ATTRIBUTES:

  • Must be a team player
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Detail oriented
  • Posses excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work in group setting or without supervision
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills
