Our services are in the areas of strategy, finance and accounting, IT, human resources, benefits, administration, and operations. We provide the back-office support to our clients, allowing them more time to focus on the growth of their business.

Position Overview:

This is a remote position where the candidate is expected to work from home. We encourage employees to participate in quarterly team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
• Highly proficient with QuickBooks and MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proven track record
• A client-oriented disposition
• Accounting experience in the legal industry a plus

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting and analysis for clients
• Conduct monthly calls with clients to review financials
• Review staff accountant entries and reconciliations
• Review monthly close
• Work with clients on budgeting
• Assist clients with financial strategy and planning
• Participate in year-end financial review process with clients
• Assist clients with ad hoc requests
