Windows and doors manufacturer looking for a strong accounts payable specialist to support their team! Successful candidates will have had at least 2 years of full-cycle accounts payable knowledge, have strong work ethic, and be eager to assist the team any way possible!

Qualifications:

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.

Experience with vendor communication

Any knowledge of ERP systems

SAP knowledge a plus!

Description:

Perform day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities.

Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.

Prioritize invoices to cash discount potential and payment terms.

Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies.

Respond to all vendor inquiries.

Assist in month-end closing.

Various projects and other duties as assigned by the manager.
