Armstrong Teasdale is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its team. The Accounting Manager manages serval functions of Armstrong Teasdale’s financial accounts including taxes, pensions and 401(k) plans.

Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Manages accounting team members by delegating tasks, monitoring task completion, and managing team performance
  • Executes all aspects of Federal and State Income taxes
  • Manages and administrates all Pension and 401(k) plans for all Armstrong Teasdale employees
  • Oversees and administers billable hour and other reports for the Chief Financial Officer
  • Provides financial reporting and accounting for all Armstrong Teasdale subsidiaries
  • Manages cost recovery system equipment and reporting
  • Supports partnership accounting, payroll, daily cash deposits and daily cash sheets duties when needed

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Preferred Education: N/A

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: N/A

Required Experience: 10+ years experience in general accounting

Preferred Experience: Significant tax and benefit plan experience

Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes

Physical Activity: The employee will be required to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer
