Citrus Hills Investment Properties, LLC, is searching for a part-time Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Clerk with outstanding customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is reliable, proactive, and has a professional appearance. Responsibilities include assisting homeowners with payments and account information, bank reconciliations, payment processing, and other accounting functions.

Qualifications

· Attention to detail, accuracy, and organized

· Able to multi-task

· Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

· Sage Timberline experience is a plus

· TOPS ONE Software experience (Preferred)

· Proficient with Excel and Word

· 1-year experience in accounting (Required)

Job Responsibilities

· Post and Process homeowner payments for our POA’s

· Post and pay all accounts payable invoices for the POA’s

· Enter resales of homes in TOPS software

· Monthly/quarterly billing for POA’S

· Reconciliations for construction

· Pay invoices for multiple companies weekly

· Other various items needing completing in the accounting department

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
