Position : Accounts Payable Clerk
The AP Clerk is responsible for keeping track of all payment entry, entering purchase orders, balancing invoices, statements, reconciling processed work by verifying entries, and comparing system reports to balances. AP Clerk is also responsible for the entering of vendor invoices, verifying expense reports, preparing check processing, paying vendors by scheduling checks and ensuring payment is received, preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports, Telephone Communication with vendors, and Daily filing.

What we are looking for:
- Must have 2 to 4 years of experience in field
- Excellent computer skills - Microsoft office
- Experience with invoice entering
- Experience with Mas 200
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be vaccinated against COVID 19
