Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review invoices submitted for payment to ensure proper coding, correct sales, and use tax and mathematical accuracy.
• Responsible for the maintenance of all vendor records and files.
• Respond to all vendor inquiries, research, and follow-up on open issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, or data bases accurately and timely.
• Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Prepare analysis of accounts as scheduled or requested
• Perform any other duties and execute special projects as assigned by Accounting Manager

• High School or equivalent.
• Proficiency with use of MS office. Experiences with Sage or another financial ERP system preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to communicate effectively and work with suppliers and internal clients.
• Able to multi-task and resolve multiple inquires in order of priority.
• Capable of recognizing need for improvement/change and drive change when required.
• Seeking a highly professional candidate with strong business ethics and integrity.
