Accounts Payable Coordinator

Miller-Remick is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. The primary function of this position is to provide support to the Accounting Department. Pay for this role is $20 per hour and must be onsite.

Headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Miller-Remick LLC is fully staffed with Project Management and Engineering professionals specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls
• Manage and report accounts payable
• Maintain vendor invoices
• Account reconciliation - track payments and expenditures
• Accurately process and review invoices and expense reports
• Reconcile vendors’ statements
• Billing - process payments via check
• Reconcile credit card transactions
• Take calls from vendors concerning issues with invoice payments
• Update processing system with documents
• Prepare purchase orders for vendors
• Prepare Sub-consultant A/E contracts
• Process expense reports
• Manage time keeping system
• Provide a variety of administrative and clerical functions including scanning, filing, copying, binding, data entry

Experience:

1 - 3 years accounting experience, Strong skills in Word and Excel, Experience with Clearview / InFocus a plus.

Other:

• Bachelor’s in Business / Accounting is desired but not required.
