Hoxton Circle is partnering with a well-established e-commerce retailer to help them find an influential leader to take on the role of AP Manager. You'll be essential in running the company's accounts payable function and see the excitement in managing relationships with external vendors. What youll bring

• 7+ years of progressive experience within AP
• 4+ years of management experience
• Knowledge and best practice using Excel

What youll do

• Process all invoices and ensure proper approvals have been received
• Liaise with vendors and resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation and determining appropriate adjustments
• Help with month-end closing and quarterly reporting process including assisting with accruals
• Confirm the accuracy of vendor invoices to make sure that the correct general ledger account codes
• Manage the companys purchasing cards, payments, and reconciliation of payments to invoices
• Serve as a Customer Service representative to internal employees, external vendors, and offshore AP staff
• Prepare and maintain vendor files (W9s, W-8BENS, banking information) and validate year-end reporting (1099s)
• Complete any ad hoc requests, such as managing the collection of outstanding receivables and communication with customers regarding payment status
