The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Accounts Payable Professional to join our team. The position will be based at our Scottsdale office and will support all of our US locations. Your duties will include:

• Processing payables for 3 entities in the US, with operations in 5 states
• Problem solving when items do not match or balance
• Customer service-building relationships
• Communication

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Accounts payable and related experience
• Sound level of computer skills and experience utilizing ERP software
• Demonstrable knowledge/experience in providing quality internal & external customer service
• Proven ability to work towards desired outcomes while also ensuring attention to detail and highest quality
• Proven ability to follow procedures and processes
• High level skill in Information Technology packages such as Microsoft Office suite and a high understanding of information technology
• A passion and drive to deliver to keep their customers flying.

Desirable attributes would include:

• Experience with the company's existing computer systems -Corridor, Aerotrac and IFS
• Good communication skill, both verbal and written
• Reliable with a great work ethic
• High level attention to detail
