Our company is a leading provider of office solutions in Cypress, TX, and we are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and the position is on-site at our office in Cypress, TX. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $16 per hour, as well as benefits that kick in after the first month of employment.

As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Posting customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer transactions.
• Resolving any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.
• Preparing and sending invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Communicating with customers regarding past due accounts and coordinating payment arrangements.
• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional coursework or training in accounting preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
