Job description
We are currently looking to fill a position in our Administration Department. An Administrative Clerk with a concentration in billing, part-time. The responsibilities for this position include data entry, billing, customer relations, and report building.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Finance Department with approval of new sales orders.
  • Prepare all invoice types through an automated process in ConnectWise and Sage.
  • Maintain customer financial information and status in ConnectWise.
  • Establish customer agreements in ConnectWise that correspond to service or project contracts.
  • Assist in posting journal entries in the accounting software
  • Prepare sales reports for all products, services, and projects.
  • Assist in processing employee time and expense reports
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries with billing and invoicing.
  • Perform Customer Maintenance and Vendor Maintenance
  • Provide assistance with AR Collections as needed
  • Receive PO’s and Vendor invoices into Sage
  • Perform other financial activities as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Sage 100 System and Connectwise
  • Proficient with Microsoft Products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must be a team player
  • 20-25 hours per week
