CCBST College is a private college. We are looking to hire an Administrative assistant. Candidates with the following skills apply.

Administrator tasks:

  • Must be able to answer Phone calles
  • Detailed oriented
  • Manage all students and student files as per BPPE requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of office or/and Sales administrative experience
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred
  • Candidates must have an undergraduate degree
  • Must be either USA citizen or Green card Holder

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

Pay: $14.85 - $27.72 per hour

Education:

  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Remote

Expected Start Date: 10/25/2022
